• Association Dues are currently $150.00 per month.  These dues include:  Common Area Insurance, Replacement Reserve, Common Area Maintenance, Well/Water, Soft Water and the Club House.  Dues must be received by the first of each month.
• Each Building has a separate well with water softener.   Autumn Woods Condominiums is part of the Mary Lane Sanitary District - fees are$195/per quarter, per unit.
• There are 11 Buildings and 8 Units each building for a total of 88 units in Autumn Woods
• Pets Allowed:  1 dog (20" high, 35# maximum) and 1 cat or 2 cats
• All drapes or blinds facing the street must be white to the outside
• No sports/recreational vehicles can be left parked overnight for more than 24 hours
• Each home owner of Autumn Woods can purchase a Community Center Key Card for $25.00.   To rent the clubhouse there is a deposit of $75.00 with a refund of $60
